Wedding Day Coordination (Included in all packages) - Meet with bride to review last minute direction, questions and concerns
- Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
- Assist wedding party, family members and guests as needed
- Ensure all vendors are doing their jobs according to contracts
- Light candles, place favors, assist in decorating
- Gather items remaining at the end of the night - gifts, cake servers, toasting glasses
- Ensure everything is cleaned according to the contract
- Provide assistant coordinators as necessary
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on hehalf of the couple
- Create schedule of wedding day activities
- Make sure guests are directed to sign guest book

- Advice on creating the overall look and feel of the wedding
- 5 Meetings/ planning sessions
Silver Wedding Package - Includes all items in paper, crystal and china packages
- Assistance with theme and style creation
- Selection of ceremony and reception sites
- Coordinate/ book all vendors
- Honeymoon assistance
- Name change assistance
- 7 meetings/ planning sessions
Gold Wedding Package - Includes all items in all other packages
- Create & suggest budgets
- Monitor vendor contracts
- Attend vendor interviews
- Negotiate vendor contracts
- Manage guest list
- 10 meeting/planning sessions
